Kahlil has a deep connection to the life science and tech space. As counsel to various clients while at an AM 100 law firm, in-house counsel to technology, life science, and AI companies, Kahlil has honed his skillset to anticipate the needs of businesses looking to hit their target. He was instrumental in prosecuting various patent applications, de-risking multimillion dollar investments, and assisting in setting up the supply chain for a vaccine company on the world stage during the pandemic.

After graduating from Boston College with a BS in biology, Kahlil spent six years doing cancer research for a biotech company while becoming a patent agent and before earning his JD from Northeastern University School of Law.

Kahlil has counseled academic institutions, private practice clients, and corporations through the execution of the transactions that are instrumental in making companies successful. Kahlil is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Connecticut, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Kahlil is also a certified by the IAPP as an information privacy professional/US.
